Please read carefully the following legally binding agreement (hereinafter ‘agreement’ or 'terms and conditions') between Maria Dimech under the brand name of Copper & Plush and yourself (hereinafter ‘the customer’).
These terms and conditions come into force as soon as the customer registers on the website https://www.copperandplush.com .
If provisions in this agreement become or are illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other provision from this agreement. Any provision of this agreement that is illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction will be ineffective in that particular jurisdiction. The validity, legality or enforceability of that provision in other jurisdictions will not be affected.
Copper & Plush is not a financial institution and is therefore not insured, guaranteed, sponsored or otherwise protected by any deposit or banking insurance system.
Standard Returns Policy
Please note that we do not offer a free returns service and therefore any cost incurred for returning the goods is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing. Exceptions may apply in case the item is received in a faulty condition.
For International Orders Only, we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we encourage you to have proof of postage and register the post.
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned.
We do not accept exchanges for products purchased.
Please keep in mind any customs and import duties when returning items from another country. Such costs will not be covered by Copper & Plush.
We aim to process all refunds within 14 working days of receipt. The funds may take time to arrive in your account depending on which bank you use. All orders are refunded in Euro and therefore, Copper & Plush cannot be held responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates.
All our products are intended for domestic environments only. In case you require items to be used in a commercial environment, we cannot guarantee their longevity.
Faulty & Damaged Items
Whilst we take every care to ensure your item arrives with you in optimum condition, occasionally items may get damaged during transit. Please inform us within 48 hours of receipt if your item has been damaged during transit on firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number.
Furniture deliveries must be checked immediately on delivery and any damages to packaging also reported immediately.
For any damaged or faulty items, kindly provide us with clear photographs of the product prior to returning the item.
Make sure that you do not destroy or throw away any product or packing, even if it's faulty, before we have reached an agreement.
Once we have confirmed a product is faulty on delivery, we will then offer you a means of returning the product at our cost. You will then have 7 days to return the parcel at our cost, after which time our standard returns policy applies.
Whilst we strive to make sure that Delivery times are met, there may be unforeseen delays caused by our courier or suppliers.
An order is deemed to be complete once delivery of your order is final. If no one is available to accept the delivery at the address provided, we will advise you on subsequent delivery attempts. Recurrent delivery attempts may stipulate that you have agreed to cancel the order.
Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed after the validity period has expired.
Discounts and offers are not valid on sale items or gift cards and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The discount amount cannot be exchanged for cash.
Items on Sale
From time to time, Copper & Plush will run seasonal sales or promotions. Sales prices are valid only from the time that they are displayed online and cannot be retrospectively applied.
We reserve the right to cancel any promotion, offer or promotional code after seven working days from initial publication.
When placing an order, we will require your personal information. Such information is needed in order to tailor the checkout experience, and to assist you should you experience any issues on our website.
We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any time. In such cases, we will make every attempt to contact you.

Customers acknowledge that they shall only use such credit cards and other payment methods that are valid and issued by lawful institutions in the name of the account holder. We retain the right to request further verification documentation and prohibit the unauthorised use of credit cards.
