Delivery & Returns


As a small business, we like to be transparent and honest about our delivery costs and schedules.

Local Delivery within Malta & Gozo:

  • FREE Standard Delivery on orders over €50
  • Standard Delivery €5 on orders under €50

If everything you’ve ordered is in stock and ready to go, we aim to deliver orders to Maltese addresses within 3 working days. However, during exceptionally busy times, such as the launch of a collection or sale, there may be a slight delay in delivery. If you wish to opt for Same Day Delivery, please contact us beforehand, this option is available at an extra cost regardless of the order value.

Deliveries to Gozo are done by an independent courier service and may 3-4 working days to be delivered.

All deliveries are done up to Ground Floor level only.

If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted with more information on the expected stock delivery.

Please note that we use third-party service providers to carry out our deliveries, and we will pass on your contact details to them. The couriers’ operating hours are from 7am to 9pm. If you have not received your order and the courier has not contacted you (by phone or by email) within the stipulated timeframe above, please email and we will check for an update.

Any items damaged in transit or any discrepancies with orders must be reported by email within 2 days of receipt, so please check your delivery on arrival. In case of damaged or missing items, please email us on

You may choose to pick up your order from the following Pickup Location, at no extra charge:

  • 4, Vjal l- Indipendenza, Mosta: Mon – Fri, 9:30am – 6pm or Sat 10am - 1pm

Once your order is complete and ready for collection, you will receive a notification email with your pickup instructions, including Google map link. Your order would normally be ready within 24 hours.

Please note that orders must be collected within one week from when they are ready for pick up. If you need a longer time to collect, please email us. If your order is not collected within two weeks and we have not heard back from you, then your order will be returned to our warehouse and you will be charged a delivery fee to have it sent directly to you.



We would love to see you happy with your purchase, however we do understand that at times you may want to return an item. Therefore, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase please see the below conditions:

  • Items must be returned to us in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund, excluding any delivery fees.
  • We can only accept returns with the original packaging. Therefore, please ensure this is kept until your final decision. (Books to be kept sealed).
  • Kindly note that the customer is responsible for covering the cost of returning the unwanted item. Returns at our outlet in Mosta are free of charge,
  • Prior to returning any items, please email us at with your name, order number and details of the item you wish to return. Without this information we may be unable to complete your refund or exchange any items.
  • We aim to process all refunds within 14 working days of receipt. The funds may take time to arrive in your account depending on which bank you use.


In case of Gifts purchased/received, we accept exchange of items within 14 days. We can only accept exchanges with the original packaging. Therefore, please ensure this is kept until your final decision. (Books to be kept sealed). Exchanges are solely done at our outlet in Mosta.
